Life is Beautiful

This is going to be a rather random blog entry, because I haven't had much happening lately to blog about concretely. But, I thought it worth noting how awesome and gorgeous the world we live in is!

Goodness we're blessed! I've just been going back through some old pictures, and taking some new ones all with beautiful scenery in them. I thought I'd post a few for fun, but also to help us remember to be thankful for stuff we can sometimes over look in life.

So I'm also going to post pictures of everything I'm thankful for. Sometimes I need reminding of God's unfailing love also!

Here are a few things in life that I am most thankful for:

Meet my family:

This is my scary dad, he's so scary that he played a bad guy in Wild Hogs (okay, he isn't that scary)



Here he is kicking William H. Macy's booty, he's fourth from the left if you couldn't tell all those scary bearded, chap-wearing bikers apart, haha.



This is my beautiful mom:

She's one of the strongest people I've ever met!


My grandpa:

He is who inspired me to start playing the guitar, and he taught me my first song.


And my grandma (I call her Mimi):

She is one of the coolest grandma's I've ever met, she has a mix tape (yep, tape) that she listens to all the time. One side is the album Tragic Kingdom by No Doubt....and the other side is New Kids On The Block's greatest hits. Goooo Mimi!


And lastly, my wonderful kitty Dakota. She keeps me sane! Well, as sane as I can be...



So, this was a little glimpse into my life, and what I love! Beauty, family, love, life!

    i love your pictures and that's a sweet idea for a blog! i especially love the star one.....but hooooowwww do you get the pics of the stars....i've tried and they never show up. i probably have the settings all wrong.

    Wonderful pictures, as always. :)
